Guarantee

At eCrossbowPackage.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase.  We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping.  If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please view our return policy for details.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. And, if free shipping was provided on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your return.  All returns must also be accompanied by the original packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions provided when you obtained the Return Authorization Number. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
